Leslie, OM

Leslie

Office Manager

I began my dental career as an assistant in 2003 and spent 17 years as an EFTA before transitioning into the role of office manager. Along the way, I also worked in the nonprofit sector, supporting elementary-aged children in need—an experience that deeply shaped my passion for helping others.I’m especially passionate about patient education and the powerful role it plays in maintaining not only a healthy smile, but overall body health as well. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me enjoying the outdoors—walking through the trees, hiking, or paddle boarding whenever I can.

Belinda, BSDH Hygienist

Belinda, BSDH

Hygienist

Belinda has always been drawn to healthcare. Interested in patient education, she loves showing our patients how to best take care of their oral health. Believing that it is one of the most important things a person can wear, it’s her goal to help every person she sees achieve a beautiful smile.

Belinda has a lot of experience in the field, graduating with an AAS in Dental Hygiene from Vermont Technical College and a BS in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University. She has worked as a hygienist for eight years. Belle is dedicated to the health and well-being of her patients and is continually seeking new information through continuing education and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association.

Outside of the office, Belinda enjoys being active outdoors, hiking, kayaking, skiing, and snowboarding with her husband John. When they need a break from the adventure lifestyle, an evening at home with their cat, Waldo, will do just as well.

Anya, RDH Hygienist

Anya, RDH

Hygienist

Anya graduated the dental hygiene program at Bellingham Technical College in 2018 and has been practicing dental hygiene ever since. She enjoys every minute of it, even if there’s the occasional (and hopefully accidental) finger bite. She loves taking a holistic approach to oral health care, and teaming up with each patient to improve their overall well-being.

Anya is a bit of a nerd when it comes to learning about new research and best practices in healthcare, but her favorite thing is spending time with her amazing daughter, Gabby. Anya loves to be active, explore the outdoors and new foods, being with friends, or quiet time with a good book or writing.

Madi, RDH Hygienist

Madi, RDH

Hygienist

Madi graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2018 and has been working in dentistry for over six years. She’s passionate about transforming smiles, providing thorough cleanings with minimal discomfort, and building strong relationships with her patients to create a relaxed, stress-free experience.

Originally from Washington, Madi spent a year and a half living in Germany after hygiene school. She enjoys weightlifting, Pilates, and playing sports with friends. A lover of the outdoors, she especially enjoys warm weather, lake days with family, and spending time with her two dogs—a lab and a golden retriever. Madi recently relocated and is excited to explore the area. One day, she hopes to start a rescue farm.

Sheila, Dental Assistant

Sheila

Dental Assistant

Sheila graduated from the Bellingham Dental Assistant Program and has been working in dentistry for about 3.5 years. She has a deep passion for patient care and values the opportunity to educate others on how to improve their overall health. What she finds most meaningful is being a supportive presence for patients, especially those who feel anxious or uncomfortable.

Being able to speak both English and Spanish is something she takes great pride in. Growing up, her family faced challenges when it came to advocating for themselves in dental settings, which often led to negative experiences and gaps in care. Now, she’s proud to be someone who can advocate for Spanish-speaking patients, making sure they feel understood and empowered in their dental journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids playing board games, being outdoors, and cooking, especially when hosting family.

Stacey

Stacey

Dental Assistant

Stacey graduated from Bellingham Technical College and is currently in her first year working in dentistry. She chose this career because it allows her to make a meaningful impact on a patient’s health and self-confidence. For Stacey, dentistry is about more than clinical treatment, it’s about building trust and fostering long term relationships, especially with patients who have had previous negative experiences. She finds it deeply rewarding to help patients overcome fear, feel comfortable, and leave the office smiling. Stacey’s patient care philosophy is centered on treating every individual with the same respect, honesty, and empathy she would offer a family member. She strives to create an environment where patients feel heard, safe, and fully informed about their care. Stacey is bilingual in Spanish and English, enabling her to effectively communicate with a wide range of patients to ensure understanding and comfort. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing and attending soccer games, and shopping.
